Service Description
Everything you need to professionally record/produce your track for commercial release, in an incredibly comfortable & creative atmosphere. *Need an Audio Engineer or Producer to help you record? Let us know in the booking form! Our Audio Engineers are $25/hr to help you record/mix/master, and Producers are $40/hr to help you record and create beats, play instruments, or help guide you in the creative process. Each of our staff specializes in Hip Hop/Rap, R&B, Pop, Urban, EDM, Rock, Funk/Soul, and more, depending on your needs. They will track/record during your session and provide limited mixing/mastering while time permits. To have your track fully polished, mixed and mastered, contact the studio or consult your engineer for specific rates. Beats and other producers services can be arranged/provided as well for additional rates, please let us know ahead of time. If you need an Audio Engineer or Producer please let us know in advance so we can make sure we can accommodate you! *Pay $100 deposit upon booking (counts towards total), and remainder at the session (card/cash/Venmo/Paypal/Cash App/Zelle/Apple Pay). Deposit is nonrefundable within 24 hours of session start. *10% off for students/veterans (please bring verifiable ID) *Detailed instructions will be sent to you via email upon booking. Cancellation Policy
1. BLEEDOVER POLICY--Due to the nature of our facility, we occasionally have some sound bleedover from the nextdoor studio (when their drummer is present). If this occurs and it impacts your session so that you can't continue, simply contact us and we will refund your unused time or (if you desire) we can reschedule at a discounted rate. 2. CANCELLATION POLICY--We value your time as well as ours, and to protect us from last-minute cancellations we require a deposit paid up front. This counts towards the total cost and is non-refundable within 24 hours of a session's start time. To reschedule or cancel a session without losing your deposit, please call us at least 24 hours in advance for this deposit to remain valid for your rescheduled booking. (Rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to start time will require a new deposit). So there...you don't like cancelations, we don't like cancelations, let's not plan on any unless absolutely necessary. Thank you for understanding!
