Service Description
Everything you need to professionally record/produce your track for commercial release, in an incredibly comfortable & creative atmosphere. Plus a nice discount for booking multiple hours ;) You'll pay a $100 deposit online upon booking, and anything remaining at the session (card/cash/Venmo/Paypal/Cash App/Apple Pay). This payment is nonrefundable within 24 hours of session start. Need an Audio Engineer or Producer? Be sure to book the appropriate option on this page. Our Audio Engineers (+$25/hr) are seasoned in all modern genres and can you both the recording and mixing process to create a polished, professional recording. They will track/record during your session and provide limited mixing/mastering while time permits. Our Producers (+ $40-45/hr) specialize in everything from award-winning modern beats to independent instrumental experimentation. They can cook up with you side-by-side or have something prepped in advance if you have an idea in mind (let us know in advance). To have your track fully polished, mixed and mastered, contact the studio or consult your engineer for specific rates. Beats and other producers services can be arranged/provided as well for additional rates, please let us know ahead of time. Cancellation Policy
1. BLEEDOVER POLICY--Due to the nature of our facility, we occasionally have some sound bleedover from the nextdoor studio (when their drummer is present). This is limited and rarely affects recording. However, if this occurs and actually impacts your session so that you can't continue, simply contact us and we will refund your unused time or (if you desire) we can reschedule at a discounted rate. 2. CANCELLATION POLICY--We value your time as well as ours, and to protect us from last-minute cancellations we require a deposit paid up front. This counts towards the total cost and is non-refundable within 24 hours of a session's start time. To reschedule or cancel a session without losing your deposit, please call us at least 24 hours in advance for this deposit to remain valid for your rescheduled booking. (Rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to start time will require a new deposit). So there...you don't like cancelations, we don't like cancelations, let's not plan on any unless absolutely necessary. Thank you for understanding!
